Food food Food!

One week at home is so boring
Did nothing special so i'm posting a few experiences of me making lunch.
Yesterday was the simplest and best of them. Fish with mashed potato and veggies.
Fish courtesy of Pacific West tempura fish and the rest i was my own recipe.

That was lunch.
If you noticed the green patch in the bottom left corner thats something i thought up in half an hour.
Not that great but not that bad either. Just a bit of bell pepper, onion and tomato, spray in some olive oil and vinegar and a pinch of sugar and you're there.

Today's lunch was more complicated i guess. Had to make pizza with random ideas for toppings. Base was prepared, bought from the hypermarket.

Simple yet drastic if done wrongly. I had button mushroom, tuna with mayo from a can, and not forgetting tomato and onions.
I used pasta sauce and some pork and onions to make the base topping. I cooked it in a non stick pan with some oil. Smelled very, very sour.

And when that was ready i splattered it all over the pizza.
Then it was time to add the filling and then into the oven.

The cheese melted while i was looking for the camera. The oven was piping hot.
And the results for the pizza was shown

*stomach growls... Looking at it made me hungry.
Didn't taste that bad for a first time. Maybe all the time spent working in chili's taught me a few things.
It all paid off while i was there.

Well, lunch is served and i've got some food to consume. Cya!!!
